Cancellation Policy

Gardens of Magic Fairy Experience Policy Thank you for choosing Andrea Ruff Studios to create a magical experience for your child. Every Gardens of Magic session is thoughtfully designed to provide a one-of-a-kind luxury portrait experience. Your session includes access to our exclusive designer fairy wardrobe, handcrafted wings, professional styling, guided posing, and the personalized experience selected in your collection. After your session, you will receive a private proof gallery to select the number of professionally edited images included in your package. Andrea Ruff Studios does not provide unedited (RAW) images. Additional edited images and artwork may be purchased separately. A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your session date and will be applied toward your experience as outlined in your selected collection. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before your session and are subject to availability. In the event of severe weather for outdoor sessions, we will gladly reschedule your appointment. To ensure the best experience, we kindly ask that only the child(ren) participating in the session and their parent(s) or legal guardian attend, unless otherwise arranged in advance. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Andrea Ruff Studios is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal belongings during the session. Session locations may include natural outdoor environments. While every effort is made to create a safe and enjoyable experience, Andrea Ruff Studios is not responsible for weather conditions, insects, uneven terrain, or other natural elements beyond our control. By booking your session, you grant Andrea Ruff Studios permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, studio displays, competitions, and promotional materials unless a written request for privacy is submitted before your session. Once your session is reserved, you will receive a personalized questionnaire so we can begin planning every magical detail of your child's fairy experience. Our goal is to create timeless artwork your family will treasure for generations.
