Personal Branding Session Policies Thank you for choosing Andrea Ruff Studios for your personal branding session. Our goal is to create professional images that help you elevate your brand and confidently showcase your business. Booking & Reservation Fee: A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your session date and time. Your reservation is not confirmed until the fee has been received. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients may reschedule their session without penalty when at least 24 hours notice is provided. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may require a new reservation fee. No-shows forfeit all fees paid. Session Planning: Your branding goals, wardrobe recommendations, and location will be discussed during your consultation. Session locations are selected based on your brand vision and may be subject to additional venue, permit, parking, or travel fees. Posing: No modeling experience is necessary. Andrea Ruff Studios provides complete posing guidance, expression coaching, and direction throughout your session to ensure you look confident, approachable, and professional. Included Images: Clients receive only the number of edited digital images included in their selected collection. Additional images may be purchased separately. Unedited or RAW images are never released. Image Delivery: Final images will be professionally edited and delivered through a private online gallery. Clients are responsible for downloading and saving their purchased images. Artistic Style: By booking a session, clients acknowledge they are familiar with Andrea Ruff Studios' photography and editing style. Final image selection and editing decisions remain at the photographer's discretion. Copyright & Usage: Andrea Ruff Studios retains copyright ownership of all images. Purchased images include a license for personal branding, marketing, social media, websites, and business-related promotional use. Marketing Release: Unless otherwise requested in writing, Andrea Ruff Studios reserves the right to use images for portfolio display, social media, website galleries, marketing materials, and studio promotion. Liability: Andrea Ruff Studios is not responsible for weather conditions, traffic delays, venue restrictions, personal belongings, or circumstances beyond our control that may affect the session. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
