Thank you for choosing Andrea Ruff Studios for your Gardens of Magic experience. Our goal is to create a magical and unforgettable adventure for your child while providing exceptional service and beautiful artwork. Reservation Fee: A non-refundable and non-transferable reservation fee of $69 is required to reserve your session date and time. The reservation fee secures your appointment and is not applied toward product purchases unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer. Arrival Time: All participants must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session time. This allows time for wardrobe selection, final preparations, and ensures the session begins promptly. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Wardrobe: Andrea Ruff Studios provides access to a curated collection of fairy gowns, wings, crowns, and accessories for all participants included in the session. Wardrobe availability varies by size and style. Included Images: Only the images and products specifically included in your selected collection are included with your experience. Additional digital images, prints, wall art, albums, and specialty products are available for purchase separately. Artwork Orders: Digital images, prints, albums, wall art, and other products are sold separately unless specifically included in your collection. All sales are final. Product Pickup: Clients will be notified when their artwork is ready. All products must be picked up at Andrea Ruff Studios unless prior shipping arrangements have been made. Orders not claimed within 90 days may be forfeited. Child Participation: Parents or legal guardians must remain present and supervise their children at all times. While every effort is made to create a fun and magical experience, Andrea Ruff Studios is not responsible for a child's behavior, mood, cooperation level, expressions, participation, or willingness to be photographed. No refunds will be provided due to a child's refusal to participate or behavior during the session. Image Selection & Editing: Andrea Ruff Studios maintains full artistic discretion regarding image selection, editing style, retouching, and final presentation. Raw or unedited images are never released. Copyright: Andrea Ruff Studios retains copyright ownership of all images. Purchased digital files include a personal-use license only and may not be altered, edited, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
