Your Maternity Mini Experience Includes: 30-minute studio session 6 fully retouched, high-resolution digital images Choose 1 gown from our luxury maternity client closet, featuring beautiful gowns, fabrics, and statement pieces Professional posing guidance throughout your session Artistic studio lighting designed to beautifully shape and flatter your body A personalized experience focused entirely on you and your pregnancy Your Images After your session, you'll receive a proof gallery where you can select your 6 included images. Your chosen portraits will then be professionally hand-retouched and delivered digitally. Additional digital images are $50 each. Please allow approximately 7 days for image selection and an additional 7 days for final editing. Some galleries may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the artwork. Additional images and fine-art artwork are available for purchase after your session.

Booking & Cancellation Policy Reserving Your Date A non-refundable session retainer is required to reserve your session date. Your retainer secures your appointment exclusively for you and is applied toward your session. If you need to reschedule, please contact the studio at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Your retainer may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability and studio approval. Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by email. Remaining Balance Your remaining balance must be paid before your photography session begins. A photography session cannot begin until the account has been paid in full. Photographer Cancellation or Emergency If Andrea Ruff Studios is unable to perform the session due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, emergency, fire, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances, the studio will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your session. If rescheduling is not possible, the retainer will be refunded. The studio's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client. In the unlikely event that photographic files are damaged or lost due to equipment failure, storage failure, processing issues, or circumstances beyond the photographer's reasonable control, the studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Client Agreement After booking, you will receive a Photography Agreement outlining the complete terms and conditions of your session. The agreement must be reviewed and signed before your appointment.
