This exclusive collection is thoughtfully designed to document both milestones with a cohesive, fine art approach, creating timeless imagery your family will cherish for generations. A beautifully crafted 8x10 fine art album showcasing your selected images The Experience From styling and set design to gentle posing and artistic editing, every detail is carefully curated to create a seamless, elevated experience, ensuring your journey into motherhood is preserved with elegance and intention.
Cancellation Policy
1. Session Fee & Booking A non-refundable session fee of $199 is required to reserve your Mother’s Day Mini Session. Your session is not confirmed until both payment and signed agreement are received. All sessions are booked on a first come, first served basis. 2. What’s Included Your session includes: A 20 minute photography session (Up to 4 immediate family members per session) 5 professionally edited digital images Additional images, full gallery upgrades, and artwork are available for purchase separately. 3. Image Selection & Upgrades Additional images and collections will be available for purchase Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final No raw/unedited images will be delivered 4. Turnaround Time Proofing galleries will be delivered within 1–2 weeks after your session. Final edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks after your selections are made. 5. Rescheduling & Cancellations Due to the limited nature of mini sessions: Session fees are non-refundable and non-transferable Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is only permitted in case of emergency, at the photographer’s discretion If you are late, your session time may be reduced or forfeited 6. Attendance & Session Limits Mini sessions are designed for immediate family only. Please arrive on time and ready. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund. 7. Artistic Style & Editing By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and accept the artistic style of the photographer. Editing style, poses, and final image selection are at the photographer’s discretion. 8. Wardrobe & Styling Clients are responsible for arriving dressed and ready unless styling has been arranged in advance. Studio wardrobe may be available upon request but is not guaranteed. 10. Liability The photographer is not responsible for: Uncooperative children Missed images due to client lateness Unforeseen circumstances beyond control (weather, illness, emergencies) In the rare event the photographer is unable to perform the session, liability is limited to a full refund of the session fee. 11. Location & Set Design Mini sessions are held on pre-determined dates, sets, and locations. Setups cannot be modified for individual clients. 12. Agreement By booking a Mother’s Day Mini Session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
