Cancellation Policy

Beach Session Policies Booking, Cancellation & Weather Policy Retainer & Booking: A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your Beach Flying Dress Experience and secure the date, location planning, assistants, and wardrobe. Your date is not considered booked until the retainer has been received and the required agreement has been completed. The remaining balance is due before the session begins. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Because beach sessions require advance coordination with assistants, wardrobe, lighting, and travel, cancellations are subject to the terms of your signed agreement. If you need to reschedule, please contact Andrea Ruff Studios 7 days prior the se. A retainer may be transferred to one new date when adequate notice is provided, subject to availability. Last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to arrive may result in forfeiture of the retainer and any payments made toward the session. Rescheduled dates must be approved by the studio. Weather: Beach photography depends on safe and suitable outdoor conditions. The photographer will monitor the forecast and make the final decision regarding weather-related postponement. Cloudy skies, wind, or light overcast conditions do not automatically require cancellation and may create beautiful dramatic portraits. Sessions may be postponed when conditions such as lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain, dangerous winds, extreme weather, unsafe beach conditions, or other circumstances make the session unsafe or impractical. If Andrea Ruff Studios determines that weather conditions require postponement, the session will be moved to an available alternative date. The retainer will transfer to the approved rescheduled date. Weather decisions are based on safety and the ability to create the planned experience, not simply the presence of clouds. Client Responsibility: Please arrive on time and prepared for an outdoor session. Late arrival may reduce your shooting time because beach locations, lighting conditions, sunset timing, parking, permits, and assistant availability may be limited. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Final Agreement: These policies are provided as a general overview. Your signed photography agreement contains the complete terms governing your session. By booking, you acknowledge that outdoor photography involves changing weather, natural conditions, and location variables and agree to follow the studio's safety and reschedu
